Profile
Setting
Dating back to 1696, Vergenoegd Löw is one of South Africa’s oldest working farms, blending heritage with modern luxury. This wine estate is renowned not only for its rich history but also for its commitment to conservation and regenerative farming practices. A highlight is the flock of Indian Runner ducks, which can be seen on their daily route between the vineyards and the dam at 9am and noon. The estate features a restored Cape Dutch homestead (a National Heritage site), a luxurious farm-style spa, two excellent restaurants, and a diverse selection of wines.
